Purpose of the job

As Receptionist, you will be one of the most important faces of the hotel.
You'll be responsible for providing a smooth, professional and friendly service from our guests' arrival to their departure.

The position requires both:

• excellent communication skills,
• precision,
• problem-solving thinking,
• and confident performance.

Your main tasks will be

Hospitality and contacts

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Information to guests in person, by phone and e-mail
• Reservation management and administration
• Coordinating guest requests and individual needs
• Professional complaint handling

Administration and financial tasks

• Billing and cash management
• Preparing daily closures
• Hotel management system management
• Preparing statements and shift reports

Operational tasks

• Liaising with housekeeping and other departments
• Verification of sculpture statutes
• Coordination of VIP preparations
• Managing online sales interfaces

We're looking for you if

• you like dealing with people,
• you are polite and guest-oriented,
• you handle unexpected situations well,
• you can multitask,
• you are precise and reliable,
• you like working in a team,
• communicate confidently in Hungarian and at least one foreign language.

Application criteria

• hotel or reception experience,
• English and/or German language skills,
• higher education in tourism.
