Your tasks will be to<\/strong><\/h3>

  • The hotel overall operational and financial management<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • A maintaining and developing high levels of guest satisfaction<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • The hotel operation efficient, economical operation<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • Coordination of front office, housekeeping, breakfast and technical areas<\/p><\/li>

  • Managing, motivating and supervising the performance of staff<\/p><\/li>

  • Planning occupancy and turnover<\/strong>, active participation in the sales process<\/p><\/li>

  • Cooperation with B2B and B2C partners<\/p><\/li>

  • Reporting to ownership<\/p><\/li>

  • Enforcing quality assurance and 4-star standards<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
