Purpose of the position

Actively increasing the sales of hotel rooms, as well as the full preparation and management of weddings and other events at the castle - from the first contact to the successful implementation.

You will have tasks:

• Selling hotel rooms and packages (for individuals and groups)

• Sales of weddings and other events (corporate, private, cultural)

• Contacting interested parties, preparing offers, conducting negotiations

• Full coordination of events: preparation, on-site presence, follow-up

• Collaboration with service partners (decor, catering, technology, master of ceremonies, etc.)

• Representing the premium look and service standards of the hotel and chateau

• Administration, contracts, events calendar management

We're looking for you, if:

• Do you have experience in sales, event management or the hospitality sector

• You are confident in communicating, have a good manner and make contacts easily

• You work independently but are also reliable in a team

• You are punctual, organised and solution-oriented

• Don't shy away from weekend events (weddings!)

• It is an advantage if you speak a foreign language (English / German)
