We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager!

About us
Garzonplaza is a business-focused hotel, where the vast majority of revenue comes from corporate partners. Our aim is to develop a stable, high occupancy, consciously structured partner network where sales and marketing work closely together to support growth.
Purpose of the position
Increase the hotel's turnover:
- by acquiring new corporate partners
- by developing existing relationships
- by translating marketing activities into business results
Important: the pricing strategy is the responsibility of the hotel manager, and your job is to maximise turnover.
Your main tasks
Corporate sales
- identifying and acquiring new business partners
- fostering existing corporate relationships
- preparation and renewal of contracts
- regular contact with key partners
Group sales (consciously)
- organising groups only for periods of low occupancy
- managing travel agencies, sports teams, event organisers
- bidding and negotiation
Managing a marketing agency (CAMM)
- ongoing liaison with the Agency
- tracking the objectives and performance of campaigns
- Interpreting KPIs (conversion, ROI, CTR, etc.)
- suggesting ways to optimise campaigns
Your job is not creative production, it's marketing deliver a business result.
Market intelligence and business development
- mapping local and regional companies
- follow events, sporting events, developments
- identifying new sales opportunities
Reporting from
- preparing monthly sales and market reports
- formulate proposals for growth
We're looking for you, if:
- you have experience in sales (advantage: hospitality / B2B)
- you are confident in building relationships and negotiating
- not only do you implement, but you think proactively in business
- you understand how marketing works and can interpret data
- you like to have an impact on the results
- you can work independently and prioritise
An advantage
