• The services indicated on the gift voucher are subject to prior agreement with the hotel, subject to availability, and are only available upon written confirmation from the hotel. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. In case of booking, the general booking conditions apply. When booking, please refer to the serial number on the gift voucher.

The voucher can be used for 1 year from the date of purchase.
