The Győr 1TP6Plaza 4-star, 68-room city hotel at the head of a hotel operations manager we are looking for,
who not only operates, but manage, optimise and improve.
If guest satisfaction is not a KPI for you, but a principle,
if you understand numbers, teams and hotel processes,
then there is real responsibility and room for manoeuvre.
Your tasks will be to
The hotel overall operational and financial management
A maintaining and developing high levels of guest satisfaction
The hotel operation efficient, economical operation
Coordination of front office, housekeeping, breakfast and technical areas
Managing, motivating and supervising the performance of staff
Planning occupancy and turnover, active participation in the sales process
Cooperation with B2B and B2C partners
Reporting to ownership
Enforcing quality assurance and 4-star standards
Who we are looking for
Multiannual experience in hotel management or operations has
A confident leader who thinks as a team
Economically minded, understands and likes operating figures
Guest-oriented, demanding, solution-oriented
Good communication and organisational skills
Independent, responsible, able to make decisions
Advantage: city hotel, 4-star environment, B2B focus experience
