THE FACE AND SOUL OF WORLDS – A CRYSTAL PAINTING in the Garzon, Plaza, Business&Art and Hotel art spaces

15 September – 15 October 2026.

The next exhibition in the Hotel, Garzon, Plaza Business & Art Hotel contemporary art programme Nóra Baka, a self-taught artist He brings his works to the public in Győr. In his creative world, which he calls ‘crystal art’, he presents the interplay between painting and the treasures of nature – minerals and crystals.

A The Face of Worlds Soul – crystal painting

His exhibition, entitled *The Inner Sea… Where colours – shapes – vibrations come to life!*, captures on canvas the interaction between our planet and the people who live on it, right from the very beginning. It sheds light on our Earth, the encounter with nature, our ancestors – and the very essence of things. This mystical inner journey is not just about what you see; it is not just what you understand that matters. You’ll find yourself in a storm of the senses as you sweep across the entire world amidst breathtaking soundscapes!

The works are at once paintings, material-like surfaces and visual experiences that constantly change under the influence of light; at the same time, they also display the properties characteristic of minerals – crystals. In the artist’s own words: „Minerals, crystals Conveying my thoughts, feelings and experiences – both subconscious and unconscious – spiced with a touch of magic and rendered freehand – they appear on the canvas as I follow the flow of vibrations. Listening to music and sound is also an integral part of the creative process, but sometimes the „sound of silence” is what inspires me.”

As part of the Garzon Plaza contemporary art programme, visitors can not only view the works but also, via the Földváry Auction House’s online auction system, With a 0% auction commission surcharge They can also purchase the works on display.

The message of the exhibition

The exhibition on display at the Garzon Plaza invites visitors not merely to view the paintings from a distance, but also to explore their layers, materials and minute details up close.

Nóra Baka’s works speak to both the visible and the inner world. Paint, mineral powder, crystal and the traces of the human hand combine to create compositions that can offer a different personal connection to every viewer.

The exhibition does not provide ready-made answers. Rather, it creates an opportunity for reflection, for remembrance, and for visitors to complement the works with their own feelings and stories.

The exhibition offers a special experience both for those who have long been interested in contemporary art and for those encountering such a direct connection between painting and natural crystals for the very first time.
